Sunday - L to R: Elder Fischer, from outside London England, Elder Hopponen, from outside Helsinki, Finland, Joseph, Sam and el viejo Guapo (hahaha), from Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Tuesday - Lobster formerly from Nova Scotia (as of yesterday) now just passing through Fort McMurray.

The first one. Joseph did not believe me about the green part inside the lobster.

Wednesday - Joseph built this model of a Caterpillar 797 Mine Truck, or Heavy Hauler, from only looking at a picture. No plans, no help of any kind. Pretty good, eh? See the engine inside?

Thursday - Here is Joseph (the tiny one on the left) in his first Lacrosse game. We play box here because of the weather and the mosquitoes. He scored a goal tonight too. it was fun watching and learning about the game. Michelle liked it too. It was funny because most of the other players, boys and girls, were significantly smaller than Buster, and they did not want to guard him.

Fort Mac Murray is becoming so familiar. It seems like a pretty wonderful place. Glad your snow is melting. Let us know when the baby is born! Congrats in advance!
How lucky for us that we got to see Jacob at church this Sunday and hear him speak as well. You would be very proud of him - it was great to see him again. When do we get to see the rest of you?
Congratulations on your new grandson! We are thrilled for you guys. And how wonderful that Amy was able to go help. I didn't even realize Ashley was that close to delivering....what do I know???
I actually got on here to tell you what a wonderful testimony Jacob bore in our sacrament meeting on Sunday. It was truly remarkable and you could just feel that he KNEW what he was saying was absolutely true. It was one of those precious moments in time, and I was so grateful to be there for that. It made me realize yet again how much we miss your wonderful family. You guys were such a blessing to our ward family for so many years, and we are still feeling the loss! We wish you all the very best, and hope you come back for a visit soon.
Love you all,
Connie and family
